The individually designed 4.5 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building (built in 1895). The apartment has 2 balconies and a great restored wooden floor. A private parking space can be rented according to availability.
The generously cut apartment is decorated with great details and has a large living / dining room which can be separated by a sliding door. In the living area a large couch and an armchair offer seating possibilities, in the dining area there is a round glass dining table. A Flat-TV (50", Internet TV) is also available here, from the living/dining room there is access to the front balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen with great pattern tiles has a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer as well as cooking and eating utensils. A washer-dryer, a coffee machine and a kettle are also part of the equipment, a small high table with 2 chairs offers seating possibilities.
The apartment has a shower room with window and a separate guest toilet.
Next to the living room a guest room/study is located, which is furnished with a single bed (100x200) and a desk. Furthermore there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200), flat screen TV and access to the rear balcony as well as a walk-in closet and a storage room.
The rent includes the additional costs for electricity, water and heating as well as an internet flatrate. A parking space can be rented according to availability (100 €/ month). The deposit amounts to 1-2 months rent. The final cleaning flat rate is 200 € (costs extra), regular cleaning can be booked by arrangement (costs extra).

The Outer Alster, just a small side street from the apartment, can be reached quickly on foot and extends in all its beauty. Numerous parks, restaurants, cafés, pubs, fitness offers and shopping facilities for daily needs (e.g. in Hofweg and Papenhuder Straße) are directly accessible.
