As soon as we are commissioned by our lessors to broker their apartments, we check all the information they provide us. Our photographers take pictures of every corner of the properties. Depending on the service package chosen by the lessor, we also provide a 360° tour. Our team creates an individual, bilingual listing for each apartment. Most of the apartment listings even include a floor plan that our team also made.

It’s very simple. Your first option is to register via our registration form for lessees and enter your search criteria, or you reach out directly to our company service team: +49 40 28418555 or firmenservice @ city-wohnen.de. Our company service team will discuss all the details of your search. You will then receive suitable apartment proposals from City-Wohnen until the dream apartment is found.
The rents listed in the apartment descriptions are all-inclusive rents, so they include all ancillary costs. Most of the time the additional costs are lump sums that are not billed separately. If any costs are additional to the rent, for example an optional cleaning service or if the electricity is charged according to actual consumption, these are listed separately in the description. We take care of that for you. As soon as you have decided on a specific apartment and reached an agreement with the lessor, we will prepare Rental agreement for temporary living. Our lease agreement for interim living is legally secure. There are three possible lease agreement variants, and we prepare the appropriate lease agreement for you. Our rental contract is bilingual so that all parties to the rental agreement understand what has been agreed upon. You will receive the housing provider confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) with your lease if the lessor booked this service (plietsch, kommood, BASIC oder KOMFORT). Then the lessor just needs to sign.
Many rental contracts have the option to extend the time period. This is very practical for corporate clients as the exact length of time of the rental is not always clear at the beginning of the lease. We remind you about extension deadlines in good time and, if necessary, draw up the extension that all parties can then sign conveniently and digitally using DocuSign.
Who organizes the apartment handover depends on the service package chosen by the housing provider. Furnished apartments with kommood service are handed over directly by our field service team. Otherwise, the lessor hands over the apartment.
