The wooden floor in the apartment has been refurbished. The apartment also has a nice balcony facing the quiet courtyard. It is covered and offers enough space for four to five people to enjoy the evening comfortably.
The apartment has the typical old building features, such as beautiful wooden doors and stucco strips. Mixed with the linear furnishing and the lighting concept (much is done with indirect lighting) a stylish and cosy atmosphere is created. In the living room there is a grey sofa (with sleeping function), a glass coffee table and a large flat screen TV with cable connection as well as an antique sideboard with a music system.
The owner attached great importance to the kitchen equipment. It is a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Various technical appliances are available, such as stove with oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A small table for four persons offers place to eat. In addition, various kitchen utensils are provided, such as capsule coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and dishtowels. The apartment offers various sleeping possibilities. There is a bedroom with double bed (180x200). It is an old wood upcycling bed with 2 slatted frames. In another bedroom there is a single bed which can be comfortably extended to a double bed (160x200cm) with 2 slatted frames. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. There is also a writing desk with office chair.
The shower room with washing machine is tiled in white and accents are set by mosaic stones and exposed masonry. Towels are provided. Furthermore there is a storage room with dryer. In the spacious corridor a large cupboard offers a lot of storage space.
The apartment has its own Internet connection, DSL.
