The dining area includes a large dining table for 6 persons and shelves. The fireplace with attached bench radiates a special cosiness.
Through the large window front one reaches the sunny terrace with south orientation, which is covered with a glass pavilion at a protected corner. Here you will find a seating area for approx. 6 persons as well as three deck chairs. The garden behind the house can be used by the tenants.
The kitchen is approx. 10 m2 large and was equipped with a white fitted line. A ceran stove with oven, extractor hood as well as microwave and refrigerator are available. Furthermore, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle are available.
The cozy bedroom is pleasantly bright thanks to the large window front with view into the garden. There are two large wardrobes, a sideboard and a large double bed (180x200).
In the second bedroom there are two single beds á (80x200). There are also two baby beds and various games for children (inside and outside).
The bathroom was renovated in April 2020, has a window and was equipped with a bathtub. A separate WC is available. In the basement of the house there is a washer-dryer, which is shared with another party.
The additional costs are included in the rent as well as the costs for the WLAN access. There are also 2 bicycles which can be used. Bicycle parking is in the yard, good parking possibilities in front of the property at the street. For the final cleaning a lump sum of 75, - € is estimated (costs plus), after arrangement a domestic animal can be brought along.

Wellingsbüttel is a green district with lots of detached houses and is located next to the beautiful Ohlsdorfer Park Cemetery. In about 600m you reach a discounter at the Bramfelder Chaussee. In about one kilometer you reach the Wellingsbüttler market with various shops, a supermarket and a few restaurants and bakeries. In addition, a weekly market is held on Fridays. Information about the rent
