The beautiful 2-room Wohnunung is located on the mezzanine floor of a residential building (built in 1957) in the trendy Sternschanze. The apartment is laid out with parquet flooring. The house has a shared garden which can be entered directly from the living room. All rooms lead off of the large, inviting hallway.

The living room is flooded with light through the large windows. The living room is equipped with a large sofa, a hi-fi system, radio, MP3 docking station, DVD player and flat-screen TV (40 ") (only public service broadcasters can be received). In addition, there is a dining table with seating for 4 people.

The kitchen has an induction cooker with 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and espresso machine. Cooking and eating utensils as well as tea towels are available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200cm) and a large closet. Blankets, pillows and bed linen are provided. The shower room with window has a large shower with rainshower head and a towel heater. Towels are included. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
