Spacious 3-room apartment (built in 1899) with balcony. Completely renovated and furnished in 2018. Overall, the apartment has light colors with some tasteful accents such as the blue wall in the dining room and colorful home accessories. Throughout the apartment, the refinished plank flooring’s special tone radiates warmth and comfort.

A double door connects the living room and dining room. The living room is furnished with a chic sofa bed. A carpet and pillows create coziness. The dining room has a wood table for 4. A sideboard provides the necessary storage space. A sisal rug also creates a warm atmosphere here.

Separate kitchen (12sqm) with access to the balcony. The kitchen has high quality built-in cabinets in white with a wooden worktop. There are the usual kitchen utensils available. In addition, there is still a small dining table, which can be placed on the balcony if desired.

The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and wardrobe with mirrored door. If desired, the landlord is happy to set up another bed (140x200) so that the apartment can be used by two colleagues. The extensive renovations in the shower bath included floor and wall tiling in slate look. There is a window, a towel warmer, and a Rainshower shower head in the glass cabin.

Attic storage available. The costs for a DSL internet flat rate are included in the rent. The prepayment for electricity (35, -) for water (20, -) and for gas (25, -) are included in the rent. The actual consumption will be by meter and billed accordingly. A regular weekly cleaning can be booked (plus 80,-/ month).
