First bed room with a double bed (140x200), wardrobe and faced to the street. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double bed (120x200) and a wardrobe. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided and suitable for allergy sufferers. Full bath with towel warmer.

Bicycles can be stored in the attic. Necessaries such as a drying rack, ironing board and iron are located in the.

All utilities are included in the rent also the costs for Wifi. As of the 2. person there will be a surcharge of 20,00€/month for the utilities costs.

The apartment is located about 2 minutes from the Großneumarkt, which offers a weekly market. The Michel is almost around the corner.
