Description

Complete renovation in 2017! A very high quality and elaborately designed apartment, equipped by a well-known Hamburg interior designer. In a very quiet residential area near the Alster and 150 meters to the Mühlenkamp.

The apartment has a French balcony and wooden floor, high-quality wallpaper by Hermes in the hallway and Cole & Son in the guest room and in the bedroom. In all rooms halogen lamps are embedded in the ceiling. The light is dimmable in all rooms, sockets and light switches are made of stainless steel. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa with Hermes throw pillows and cashmere blanket, and there is a chrome and granite dining table. There is also a chrome and glass dining table for four and three designer chairs. The equipment is rounded off by a high-quality technical equipment with Bose system, a Curved TV with cable connection and DVD player. The French balcony leaves from the living room.

The tiled and fully equipped kitchen has a granite worktop, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and a small seating area with a designer lamp by Tom Dixon. Various cooking and eating utensils are of course available. A separate cabinet is disguised by a high quality wallpaper almost invisible as wardrobe and storage space in the hallway.

The quiet backyard bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200), a flat screen TV, a large wardrobe, a Bose clock radio and blackout curtains. Also located to the courtyard is a small guest room with sleeper sofa, work desk and elegant leather desk utensils.

The tiled bathroom with exterior window (daylight) has a rainshower shower with glass paneling, a lighted vanity mirror and a chrome towel heater. There is also a private attic space available.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

The rent is Euro 1690, - for longer rental periods (from the 7th month).

All additional costs (electricity, water, heating) as well as WLAN and broadcasting fees are included in the rent.

Surroundings

The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed one-way street and yet very central. In the immediate vicinity is the Außenalster and the Osterbekkanal the city park is not far away. Various shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as supermarkets, weekly market and pharmacy are within easy walking distance. The Mühlenkamp is only 100 meters away.
There is also a swimming pool and Kampnagel nearby.
