As soon as we know your search criteria, we can get started. From searching for apartments to drawing up the lease, we’ll take care of everything.
How does the apartment search work for corporate clients?
It’s very simple. Your first option is to register via our online form and enter your search criteria. If you have already created a watch list of desired properties, you can send it along with your application. As soon as we receive your registration, we will contact you immediately and arrange everything else for you.

As soon as we are commissioned by our lessors to broker their apartments, we check all the information they provide us. Our photographers look at all apartments on site and photograph every inch of the property. Our team creates an individual exposé for each apartment, and most of the exposés even include a floor plan that our team also made to help our customers get as much information as possible. We make sure to update and maintain our data continuously.
How much does a furnished apartment cost?
The rents listed in the exposés are all-inclusive rents, so they include all ancillary costs. Most of the time the additional costs are lump sums that are not billed separately. If any costs are additional to the rent, for example an optional cleaning service or if the electricity is charged according to actual consumption, these are listed separately in the exposé. Otherwise there are no additional costs.
Who prepares the lease agreement, document for registering your address with the authorities, internet agreement etc.?
We take care of that for you. As soon as you have decided on a specific apartment and reached an agreement with the lessor, we will prepare the lease agreement. Our lease agreement for interim living is legally secure. There are three possible lease agreement variants, and we prepare the appropriate lease agreement for you. Our rental contract is bilingual so that all parties to the rental agreement understand what has been agreed upon. If required, you will receive further documents such as the confirmation of rental for registering your address (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung ) or an internet agreement.
Who will hand over the apartment?
This depends on the service package chosen by the lessors. Our field service team hands over those apartments that have the KOMFORT service package. Apartments with the BASIC service package are handed over by the lessor. City-Wohnen always provides a handover protocol that is filled out directly by the contract parties (BASIC) or by us (KOMFORT). Read more about the apartment handover here.
