The apartment was renovated to a high standard about 5 years ago, including the floorboards and stucco ceilings. There is a balcony with a wide view over the Lohmühlenpark.

It is possible to rent an underground parking space in the neighbouring house.

The sunny living room with two windows is furnished with a corner sofa, a large bookshelf, and an armchair. A 50 inch Ultra HD Smart TV hangs on the wall.

The large kitchen-living room has everything you need for cooking. A ceramic stove with oven and extractor fan, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher are available. The dining table offers space for several people.
