First of all ... it does not cost anything to register. Sending us your registration form simply means that you accept that we receive a commission fee from you in case of success. Success, of course, being reached once it is clear, that you will rent one of our accommodations.
In case of successful brokerage the commission is then calculated on two factors: the monthly rent and the duration of your stay. The commission amounts to 165 % of one months rent (all inclusive rent) plus 19% VAT. A partial payment is calculated, should you rent the object for less than 9 months. A further payment shall be due, should the rental contract continue to exist, which once again is dependant upon the length of the rental period.
