Berlin: City-Wohnen's Commission Rates

It costs nothing to give us a registration form: A commision fee is then due, when we have been successful in our actions for you and a rental contract has been signed.

In the case of a successful brokerage, the commission amounts to 165 % of one months rent (all inclusive rent) plus 19% V.A.T.. A partial payment is calculated, should you rent the object for less than 8 months, in accordance with the following scale:

Commission for

1 month	25 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 29,75 % of one months rent
2 months	45 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 53,55 % of one months rent
3 months	65 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 77,35 % of one months rent
4 months	85 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 101,15 % of one months rent
5 months	105 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 124,95 % of one months rent
6 months	125 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 148,75 % of one months rent
7 months	145 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 172,55 % of one months rent
8 months or more	165 %	+ 19 % VAT	= 196,35 % of one months rent

The commission shall be calculated on a daily basis for months which have already begun.

A further partial payment shall be due, should the rental contract for the object continue to exist, which once again is dependant upon the lentgh of the rental period.

The maximum that you will have to pay is a total amount of 165 % of one months rent (all inclusive rent) plus 19% V.A.T., by a rental period of 8 months or more.

Commission upon purchase: 6% of the purchase price plus the statutory VAT (at present: 19%).
