The fifth game of the play-offs between the Berlin Eisbären and the Augsburg Panthers! Each team enters the fifth and final game with two wins.
We are sure that this will be an exciting and crucial tie for the Berlin Eisbären and hope that they will progress with a win. The team from Augsburg has however proved to be a tough nut to crack...
In the fifth game against the Panthers from Augsburg, the Eisbären Berlin crashed out of the playoffs with a 6:2 defeat last night in Berlin. With that, their title dreams of the 2009/2010 season were dashed. Certainly a disappointing end to the season, especially after their record 123 points in the regular season.
We wish the Eisbären all the best for the 2010/2011 season and are sure that we will be provided with plenty of nerve racking moments.
