In 2004 the two traditional associations Ring deutscher Makler (RDM) and Verband deutscher Makler (VDM) teamed up to form an association, IVD - Immobilienverband Deutschland. Since then, IVDs logo has stood as a sign of quality, competence and professionalism from qualified realty advisors, estate agents, administrators and surveyors.
 

City-Wohnen is a member in REM

REM, the ring of european mitwohnzentralen, was formed in 1990. Agencies dealing less in the traditional fields of real estate agents, and more with the letting of temporary furnished apartments, came together to form the REM.
 

We have been working closely together for some time with the large Hamburg agency (formerly) Mitwohnzentrale Wencke und Partner. We initiated a cooperation and are now working together under the name City-Wohnen in Hamburg and City-Wohnen in Berlin.
